A high centred over the Bight will direct moist onshore winds into TAS, southern VIC and the east coasts of NSW and QLD. These winds will trigger showers, mainly near the coast. A weak trough over the WA interior may generate isolated showers.
Moist easterly winds should trigger showers along Australia's east coast. A trough in the west may trigger scattered showers in southern WA. Fresh westerlies may cause showers in TAS. Warm and dry air from the interior will keep the south mostly clear.
